3. Age Bonus Adds Extra Value
Crops have an age mechanic. Older crops — ones that have been growing longer — receive an age multiplier on top of base value, weight, and mutations. Most Common Mistakes Before Using a Calculator
These are the exact mistakes a GAG Trade Calculator prevents. If you have made any of these, the calculator is for you:
Comparing crops by rarity only. A 2kg Legendary Dragon Fruit is worth far less than a 15kg Legendary Dragon Fruit. Rarity does not equal value — weight does.
Adding mutation multipliers instead of multiplying. Shocked + Celestial = 12,000x, not 220x. This mistake alone can cost you trillions of Sheckles in a single trade.
Ignoring age multiplier. An old crop with a 1.3x age bonus is worth 30% more than a fresh crop of the same type, weight, and mutations. That difference matters on high-value crops.
